Your responsibilities
As an intern in facility management with a focus on commercial topics, you will gain comprehensive insight into the organisational and administrative processes of a modern research and development company. Your tasks will include, in particular:
- General support for facility management
- Assisting with budget planning and auditing in the facility area
- Coordination between tenants and building services companies
- Assistance with tendering and awarding contracts for services (e.g. cleaning, maintenance, waste disposal)
- Maintaining contracts, supplier relationships and documentation
- Support in project management for renovations, maintenance or optimisations
- General administrative tasks in facility management
What you bring
- Current or completed degree (HF/FH/university) in business administration, facility management, real estate management or similar
- Interest in the interface between technology and administration
- Enjoyment of structured and independent work
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
